Yesterday I decided we rely way too much on pre-packaged foods.

So I decided once a week (at least) I have to make something

instead of buying.

Oatmeal raisin cookies.

Ymmmmmm.

Nothing fancy, just the recipe from under the lid

of a container of Quaker Oats.

Thank you all for dropping by.

  1. That is the best Oatmeal cookie recipe. They look delicious. Makes me want to go bake some. My Hubby would be ever so grateful.
I wanted to thank you for visiting my blog. It's nice meeting you. Yes, grandkids are the best. Yours is a cutie too. I love it when mine want to sew with me.

  7. I agree completely...infact, I like to play a little game at my house...when ever we 'have nothing to eat', I group what I do have and figure out what I could cook with the remaining ingredients..(there is this awesome website too..google 'whats in my fridge')..
