I missed signing up for Where Bloggers Create. http://mydesertcottage.blogspot.com/2010/04/where-bloggers-create-ii.html
But I think it is such a cool idea. I'm going to enjoy checking out many of the links.
Anyway, I thought I would share my room with you all. I've been organizing in there-which seems to be an on-going thing with me. A lot of it looks a lot better, but I still need to sort through and clear off my table and the top of the storage unit.
I use a lot of things for storage-baskets, tins, boxes, plastic storage containers with lids.
I have so many things I like to do so have to try to store so many different things. I love to scrapbook and I do some sewing. I've cross-stitched, knit, crochet and quilted. I've also started doing mixed media arts. Lately it seems I do more organizing and purging than anything.
I also have some of my many books in here. The most organized things are the bookshelves.
I took a picture of the table, but its a diaster, so I'm not showing it to you until things look a bit better.
Maybe by next year it will all be neat.
What a wonderful room. I have to organize my books, you have inspired me. I have been hopping around and feeling so inspired to redo my room. My husband and I have talked about moving my art room downstairs to our family room...I'm always down there. A great reason to organize my supplies.

Looks like you have a passion for books like me! But you have more storage for them than I do! Thanks for visiting my blog - I find the garden cloches at all kinds of places. Flea Markets, Homegoods, gift shops that sell home decor. You just have to keep your eye out for them!
