Old snow just isn't pretty
Or am I just tired of seeing snow on the ground. I love it when it first snows and no one has tracked it up (I threatened Mr. Scrap the other day if he made tracks in my yard before I had time to take pictures) Our snow from a week ago still isn't gone but it just looks sad now. Kids snowmen are falling over and all along the roads its just grey and tired.
So before I forget how pretty it was here.

Preparing for the Worst (maybe)
One of the problems with the area we live in is that the forecasters seem to have a hard time predicting what it's going to do. It might snow, it might not. They didn't predict what we got on Christmas.
So who knows, we may wake up to another winter wonderland tomorrow.
I might see these hanging from my roof again.
I don't have anywhere to go tomorrow so don't have to deal with driving in it.

A New Year
And a NEW look.
Don't those strawberries look yummy?
No, I didn't grow them. Those are some we got in Dayton last spring.
I do have lots of jars of strawberry jam in my freezer and many bags of frozen berries.
I've been cleaning, purging, rearranging, polishing, etc, etc.
I hate spring cleaning-I want to be outside digging in the dirt and planting things.
So I like winter cleaning. It just seems natural after I've packed up all the Christmas decorations.
I have several days off from work so I'm continuing the winter cleaning and I'm going to scrapbook. I got some cool paper, embellishments and an album for Christmas so now to use them. I also bought a cute little Christmas Album 1/2 price at Hobby Lobby.
